What question types does the add-on work with?
The add-on supports Dropdown, Multiple Choice, and Checkbox questions. (Dropdown questions are recommended for the most seamless experience).
What happens when an option reaches its limit?
You can configure the add-on to either completely hide the option from the live form or disable it with a strikethrough so respondents can see that the slot is full.
How do I reopen a choice if someone cancels?
Simply delete or edit the canceled respondent’s row in your linked Google Sheet, and the add-on will automatically update the live form to reopen that slot.
Is my form data secure?
Your privacy is our priority. The add-on only reads the basic structure of the form required to apply limits. We do not store, sell, or access any personal data submitted by your respondents.
Can I use this for unlimited choices alongside limited ones?
Yes! If you have an option that doesn’t need a cap (like a “No Preference” option), simply leave the limit field blank or enter “0” to allow unlimited selections.
